Archer Unveils Business Intelligence Dashboards for Asset Managers

Berwyn, PA (April 27, 2018) – Archer®, a leading provider of technology-enabled middle and back office services for the global investment management industry, today announced a major release of its award-winning technology platform. The release unveils a suite of business intelligence dashboards for asset managers, and broadens asset managers’ order creation and allocation capabilities.

The Dashboards illustrate actionable investment management business intelligence including up-to-the-moment trade settlement status and illustrative views of performance, portfolio drift, assets under management, and account growth. The Dashboards are rendered on demand through Archer’s cloud-based investment management platform, and draw from the investment firm’s client, portfolio, trade, and performance data as well as from third-party data such as securities prices and trade execution details.

Bob Lage, CFA®, Archer co-founder and the firm’s Executive Vice President responsible for global product development, described the enhancements as “another logical step toward helping investment managers monitor their business and articulate their value-added to clients.”

“Our data visualization tool is fed by a diverse ecosystem — the same connections and integrated technology behind Archer — and the consolidated presentation is helping investment managers to engage with colleagues and clients alike,” said Mr. Lage.

In other recent news, Archer unveiled groundbreaking functionality that allows portfolio managers to concurrently align multiple securities to a single target, enhanced its tax harvesting functionality, broadened capabilities in its workflow alert app, introduced contribution-to-return in its performance reporting app, and expanded its post-trade processing capabilities.

Dashboards illustrate key business, client, and trade metrics.
