Ted Pastva Honored as 2017 CFO of the Year by Philadelphia Business Journal

Berwyn, PA (July 14, 2017) – The Philadelphia Business Journal honored Ted Pastva with a CFO of the Year 2017 award at an event held at the Crystal Tea Room in Center City. Ted was recognized for his work at Archer, including focused efforts on strategic planning, all aspects of financial oversight, and human capital management.

Since joining Archer in August 2015, Ted managed the financing of a strategic acquisition in 2016 and has helped the company’s revenues double in the past 18 months. Ted’s responsibilities also include human capital management. When asked about his approach to ensuring success, Ted responded, “Focusing on the people, sharing information, and enabling the employees to understand their role in determining the success of the firm allows the employees to take ownership of the overall end task, which enables the company to grow and creates shareholder value.”

The Philadelphia Business Journal CFO of the Year Honorees were selected by the Business Journal editorial team from a slate of nominees.
