Vice President, Onboarding Coordinator

The Onboarding Coordinator will serve as the leader of a cross-functional team responsible to ensure the successful onboarding of new Archer clients. They will ensure a positive client experience throughout the onboarding process, while balancing the need for continual progress and timely execution of deliverables. They will hold all team members accountable for their respective responsibilities. They will drive progress on the overall implementation effort by aligning goals, implementing process improvements, identifying blockers, and escalating effectively. The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for communication and reporting to stake-holders and management throughout the Archer and client organizations. They will expedite decisions to maintain forward movement on the overall project at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop trusted relationships with client and internal collaborators; ensure positive client experience during Onboarding process
  • Understand Archer’s product offering; articulate best practices, make business process recommendations, and align goals/processes
  • Ability to organize and track multiple large projects simultaneously with varying cross-functional participants
  • Constantly seek process alignment and improvement for Onboarding Team; enforce accountability
  • Drive progress and adherence to project plans, scope, and agreed upon deliverables/timelines
  • Escalate and resolve issues in a timely and productive manner
  • Coordinate and drive regular meetings and communications to deliver project updates, current status, and address requests or issues
  • Report to senior management on project milestones, progress, and status
  • Expected travel approximately 10%
