Alyssa (Critelli) Wilkowski joined Archer’s Product & Technology team in 2012. She is responsible for developing customizations and third-party integrations for our Zendesk Customer Service Delivery system, including AI and RPA. Alyssa also develops Archer interfaces with custodians and third parties, and applies her programming expertise to Archer platform reporting functionality. Alyssa is a graduate of Villanova University and a Zendesk Certified Support Admin.
