Bryan Dori, Archer President and CEO, joined the company in 2007. Bryan has spent his career within the Financial Services Industry building businesses like Archer from startup to industry leaders. With his extensive background, Bryan has transformed the business direction and focus of Archer through a successful rebranding initiative and a growth initiative expanding the scope of services provided to the asset management industry.

Robert Lage, Archer Executive Vice President, Product & Technology, is a founder and chief architect of Archer. With a deep understanding of financial service products and as a CFA® charterholder, he helps build solutions that enable clients to introduce new products, achieve operational efficiency, and grow their business by addressing unique needs through an agile, continuous development process.

Ted Pastva, Jr., CFO, joined Archer in 2015. A broadly experienced finance executive, Ted provides the architecture and oversight for Archer’s corporate growth. Ted ensures the long-term fiscal health of Archer by managing the firm’s capital and overseeing the finance, accounting, human resources, risk & compliance, as well as all administration functions.

Katarina joined Archer in 2016 with extensive experience across a range of functional and operational positions at a leading global asset manager. Her experience working across institutional and managed account channels, as well as her knowledge of a broad range of products, including equity, fixed-income, international, and alternative asset classes, enable Archer to provide the unique services needed by its diverse asset management clients.

Matthew M. Caulfield, Executive Vice President, has over 30 years’ experience in the asset servicing industry. His consultative approach has resulted in clients’ ability to realize revenue streams by enabling new products and entry into new distribution opportunities, while reducing risks and costs. At Archer, Matt is focused on helping asset managers achieve their business goals through benefit-centered solutions, and is accountable for client experience from sales to onboarding and ongoing client services.  

Bill Wright joined Archer in 2016 and has over 24 years of experience in the investment management industry, including operations, trading, and relationship management. His background allows him to understand our clients’ needs across the solutions offered by Archer while ensuring we serve our clients with effectiveness, efficiency, and foresight.  Bill supports our clients through consistent, dedicated service execution that provides a foundation for efficient growth and an ability to explore new product development.
